The Beginning of Antriksh

Every brand has a beginning.

Ours began with something very simple — an idea, a love for beautiful fabrics, and just 10 fabrics laid out in front of us.

There was no big studio. No fancy store. No huge collection.

Just a thought that kept growing:

What if everyday Indian wear could feel beautiful, comfortable, personal and effortlessly stylish?

And that thought became Antriksh.

It Started With 10 Fabrics

Our journey began with just 10 carefully chosen fabrics.

Each one had its own colour, texture and story. We started imagining what they could become — a kurta, a co-ord set, a comfortable everyday outfit… something that a woman would genuinely want to wear again and again.

There was a lot of learning along the way.

Choosing fabrics. Understanding fits. Working on silhouettes. Getting the little details right. And, most importantly, figuring out what we wanted Antriksh to stand for.

From an Idea to a Little Home Studio

Soon, a small corner of home became our first studio.

It wasn’t big, but it was ours.

Fabrics began filling the space. Sketches, samples, measurements and ideas found their place. Some designs worked beautifully. Some didn’t. There were changes, experiments and plenty of second thoughts.

But every little step made the idea feel more real.

Our small home studio became the place where Antriksh found its personality — rooted in Indian textiles, inspired by contemporary silhouettes and created for real women and their everyday lives.

And Then Came the Website

What started with 10 fabrics slowly became a collection.

What started at home slowly became a brand.

And eventually, we took another little leap — we brought Antriksh online.

Creating a website felt like opening the doors of our little studio to the world.

Now, someone miles away can discover a fabric, fall in love with a silhouette and become a small part of the Antriksh journey.

This Is Only The Beginning

We are still learning.

Still experimenting.

Still dreaming up new fabrics, new silhouettes and new ways of making Indian wear feel special.

Because Antriksh was never meant to be just about clothes.

It is about the joy of finding something that feels just right.

Something comfortable enough for an ordinary day, beautiful enough to make you feel special, and thoughtfully made with details that you notice every time you wear it.

From 10 fabrics to a little home studio, and from that studio to a website — this is our beginning.

And we can’t wait to see where this journey takes us.
